If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can help.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date the order is placed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including any accessories. To initiate a return, please complete the form below.
Your item must be in its original packaging and must include the order number and the receipt or proof of purchase. We may refuse returned items if they appear used or damaged from the shipment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, you will be notified on the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you in the same method of payment.
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been assessed and approved by our store manager. Please place a new order if you would like a different item.
